At Om Mushroom Superfood, we stand behind the quality of our products and pride ourselves on delivering a premium customer experience. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means if you don’t love it, we’ll refund your money.
The Om Satisfaction Guarantee applies to products purchased directly from ommushrooms.com and within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase,
and requires that Package Protection was purchased at checkout. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll happily provide a refund, exchange, or replacement, at our team’s and SavedBy's discretion.* Any shipping costs paid at time of checkout and package protection charges will NOT be refunded.
Package Protection must be added to your order at the time of checkout to be eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee. Orders placed without Package Protection are not covered under this policy.
Please notify us via email or phone with your intent to return within 30 days of purchase. To receive a refund/replacement, all returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team and/or SavedBy with an authorized return number. If applicable, return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser. Proof of purchase or identifying details such as order number may be required. Additional shipping fees may not be refundable.
Exclusions: The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement under the Om Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Orders for which a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated with your bank or credit card provider. Customers who have filed a chargeback are not eligible for resolution under this policy.
- Packages refused upon delivery or marked as "Return to Sender" by the recipient.
